The User Activity page allows you to review and manage notifications for recent client activities such as new sign-ups. You can manage the email notifications you receive for recent activities by navigating to User Activity > Email Summary.
Adjusting Activity Email Preferences
You can manage the frequency and type of email notifications you receive for user activity by selecting the edit icon on the Preferences table.
- Email subscription: You can turn all activity email notifications on or off by selecting off or on
- Frequency*: Select whether you want Daily, Weekly, or Monthly email notifications
- Preferences: Choose which user activity you would like included in your email summary
*Important Note: Email notifications are only sent if any activity has taken place during the Frequency selected. For example, if Daily is selected, an email will only go out if any activity selected in the Preferences section has occurred during the previous day.
Details on Notification Preferences
- New sign-ups: A new user creates an account with an email address and password
- Survey completions: A user completes their onboarding survey and receives their financial plan
- Accepted transferred plans: A user accepts a transferred plan that the advisor built on their behalf and creates an account with an email address and password
- Upgrade requests: A user on the starter plan experience submits a request to upgrade their plan
- Custom activities: A user completes a custom activity that was assigned by the admin
- Goals module completions: A user completes the goals module
- Completed recommendations: A user completes the action item, module, or literacy course that was highlighted/assigned by the admin
