Create your admin account

Welcome to Savology!

Chances are you’ve just signed up or have been invited by a coworker to join as an admin (aka advisor) for your firm’s Savology account. 

If you haven’t yet received your email invitation, ask a firm admin to go to User Admin > Admins > + New admin to send you an invite. You may also need to check your email’s spam folder and add our domain (savology.com) as a trusted sender.

Accepting your admin invite

Once invited, you will receive an email invite from support@savology.com with a link and instructions to create your admin account. Follow the link, and on the screen below, create your account using your email address and a password, and click Create account.

Once you’ve finished creating your account, you can start using the platform and inviting users. Dive in and start using Savology right away - it's the best way to learn and familiarize yourself with the available tools and features. 

Onboarding Checklist

One of the first things you will notice when accessing your new admin account is an onboarding checklist. Your onboarding checklist will walk you through the key steps to customize your account, get familiar with the platform, and begin inviting new users. 

Tip: Your onboarding checklist and access rights may differ from the examples and screenshots shown here based on your assigned admin role and your organization’s service tier.
