Help CenterThere may be cases where you need to extract a client's financial profile inputs and other details for other use cases outside of the platform, such as imports into other systems. Advisors can export an individual client’s full financial profile or a specific list of clients' inputs to a CSV.
Exporting details for an individual client
- Navigate to User Admin > Users where you will see a full list of your active clients
- Find the client in the list of active users and click on their name or email address to visit their user details page
- Select the Actions drop-down menu located to the right of the main heading and click Export CSV
Exporting details for an Audience
You can also create filtered lists of clients and export their details to a CSV through our Audience tool.
- In your admin account, navigate to Reporting > User Audiences where you will see a full list of your saved audiences (aka filtered lists)
- Find the audience, select the Show More accordion, and in the Actions menu, click on Export CSV
How do I export a CSV for all active clients?
To export a CSV with all of your clients' information, you must first create an audience that includes all of your active users. Here's how:
1) Create an audience for All Clients
- Navigate to Reporting and add a filter by selecting + Add filter
- Click the Select a filter drop-down menu and select the Age filter in the menu.
- In the filter parameters, select Greater than, enter 0 as the value, and select Apply to apply the filter and show all clients.
- When finished, save the list as an Audience by clicking on the save icon to the right of the + Add filter button and name it All Clients.
2) Export a CSV for the All Clients Audience
- Go to Reporting > User Audiences where you will see a full list of your saved audiences (aka filtered lists)
- Find the All Clients audience you just created, select the Show More accordion, and in the Actions menu, click on Export CSV
